Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
- Items must not show signs of wear, installation, modification, or use beyond inspection.
- Tags (if applicable) must be attached.
- Proof of purchase or receipt is required.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, the item must be shipped within 7 days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label only in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Restocking Fees
A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to returned items that are not in original condition.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective
- The item is damaged
- You received the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Perishable goods (such as food, drinks, batteries)
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to:
- Return the item you have (once approved), and
- Place a separate order for the new item.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Duties and customs fees
Original duties and taxes are non-refundable.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Gift purchases may be refunded as store credit.
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

CNC Services – Orders, Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of CNC machining services, all CNC orders are final once placed.

Orders cannot be canceled once submitted.

Funds cannot be refunded once production has begun.

CNC services are custom-manufactured based on customer-provided specifications and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable.
It is the customer’s responsibility to review all files, specifications, materials, dimensions, and quantities before submitting an order.
Errors & Quality Issues
If an error occurs due to a mistake on our end (including machining defects or failure to follow approved specifications), we will evaluate the issue and, at our discretion:

Remake the part, or

Issue a partial or full refund.
We are not responsible for errors resulting from:

Incorrect files provided by the customer

Incorrect measurements or specifications submitted by the customer

Design flaws in customer-provided files
If you believe there is a manufacturing defect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a detailed explanation of the issue.
Policy Abuse
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of abuse, excessive returns, or policy misuse.
